Common questions.
No - but it helps. I can work from Figma files, existing brand guidelines, or even a rough wireframe. If you have no design at all, I can build in a clean, professional style aligned to your brand and refine from there. A design-first approach (Figma to build) usually results in a tighter final product.
Yes. Every build is handed over with an editing experience made for you, not for a developer - clearly named sections, editable text and images, and no hidden templates. I also record a short walkthrough of your own site so you are confident managing it without me.
Both - the choice follows the project. Elementor is what I use most, and I know it deeply: clean container structure, a real design system instead of scattered inline styles, and a build your team can actually edit. When a project needs something Elementor cannot do well - a bespoke theme, custom Gutenberg blocks, or a plugin - I write it in PHP. What I do not do is stack a heavy premium theme on top of a page builder and call it custom; that is where the weight and the technical debt come from.
