This page explains what information fouadabuhattab.com collects when you visit it or contact me, why I collect it, and how you can ask me to change or delete it. I am Fouad Abuhattab, a freelance WordPress and WooCommerce developer, and I am responsible for this website.
What I collect
Information you send me
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), country, how you heard about me, and your message. When you contact me on WhatsApp, LinkedIn or by email, I receive what you send me there.
I use this information only to reply to you, prepare a quote and work on your project. I do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses a few tools that collect technical information about your visit, such as the pages you open, how you arrived, your approximate country, your device and browser. These tools may use cookies or similar technology.

I also measure when someone sends the contact form or clicks a WhatsApp or contact button, so I know which pages bring real inquiries. This measurement does not include the content of your message.

How long I keep information
Messages and project details are kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time after that, for follow up and records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I have about you. Send your request through the contact page and I will reply within a few working days.
